Wood Haven, Inc. thanks you for your purchase of The Deck Clip™.  We are confident in the quality of our product and are proud to offer this warranty to you.

 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS THIRTY YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

 
This non-transferable Warranty covers The Deck Clip™ hidden deck fasteners used in residential decking applications.

 
Wood Haven, Inc. warrants The Deck Clip™  hidden deck fastener to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Warrantor will replace any Deck Clip™ that has material defects resulting in failure of the fastener within thirty years from date of purchase.

 
In addition Wood Haven Inc. guarantees that The Deck Clip will hold any hardwood, softwood, or composite decking without breaking or pulling out when installed as directed. Does not apply if the decking material fails, only the Deck Clip itself.

 
This warranty specifically excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, modification, improper installation, and treatment in a manner other than as intended.  Warrantor’s lone obligation is limited to replacement of the Wood Haven, Inc. product, The Deck Clip™, and Warrantor shall have no further liability or obligation except as purposely stated in this document. This warranty does not cover costs of installation, removal, reinstallation, decking materials, and installation tools.

 
Failure to follow the instructions, requirements and recommendations, or warnings provided with The Deck Clip™ shall make the warranty invalid. Wood Haven, Inc. reserves the right to investigate any claim. Decking applications using this product must comply with all local zoning and/or building codes. Wood Haven, Inc. does not assume any risk or liability associated with the use of The Deck Clip™.  Wearing proper safety equipment and other necessary precautions should be taken to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the project.

 
MAKING YOUR CLAIM

 
To make a claim under this warranty to receive replacement product:

(1) Prepare a letter that includes the following information:

(a) A list of the number of fasteners for which the claim is made.

(b) Proof of purchase of the product, or description of the purchase date and location.

(c) Reason for claim.

 
(2) Mail the above information to:

Please note: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, therefore the above exclusion may not apply to you.

 
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Wood Haven, Inc. does not make any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness of its products for a specific purpose.
